Our organic green tea is of exceptional quality and is prepared from carefully selected green tea leaves. A blend of Wulu Chinese green tea and organic Auvergne mint leaves. A real treat!
LONDON CALLING:
The ultimate English ritual, a cup of Earl Grey takes you to the British countryside at any time of day. Based on Assam Jamguri black tea, our Earl Grey tea is made with Auvergne cornflower petals and 5 citrus fruits: blood orange, mandarin, grapefruit, lemon and bergamot. It's an excellent choice for the morning, to gently wake you up, or for a break at any time.
Assam tea is one of the most popular teas in the world, and for good reason! Grown in the Assam region of India, this black tea has a rich and full-bodied taste. The tea leaves are hand-picked and processed using a traditional method of fermenting them before drying.
Preparation:
Hot Tea Preparation
Infuse 2g per 100ml of water at 80° for 3 to 4 minutes.
Iced Tea Preparation
Infuse 2 tablespoons in 1 liter of filtered water at room temperature.
Place it in the refrigerator and let it infuse for 3 to 6 hours.
Filter the leaves with a tea strainer.
You can add ice cubes.
Iced tea can be kept in the refrigerator for a maximum of 3 days.
