Alexis & Alexandre: Passionate artisans.

Alexis CHATENAY: Former athletics coach and physical trainer, specialist and expert in sports nutrition.

Alexis has worked with professional and amateur athletes for over 15 years. He has worked as a nutritionist for FCNantes in Ligue 1 and SCO d'Angers in Ligue 2.
A professor at the Faculty of Sports and a lecturer, he has made micronutrition accessible to many athletes.

Alexandre BRACQUART: Coming from a background in the hotel and restaurant industry, Alexandre opened his first restaurant in Annecy before opening and managing two restaurants in Angers.

A specialist in plant-based food, he has, beyond his love of products, a passion for managing kitchens and laboratories.

He managed teams in all of his establishments and managed all of his restaurants from A to Z.
