We are based in Angers (49), at the National Interest Market. We manufacture our products ourselves, in our own laboratory. Our ULTRA CRACKERS are manufactured by a trusted professional in France, who rigorously adheres to our very precise specifications.

We pay close attention to the sourcing of our raw materials. They are all organic, and the vast majority are fair trade. 100% of the goods we receive have not traveled by plane, but by boat!
Whenever possible, we work with French suppliers, and when this is not possible, we carefully select suppliers who are sensitive to the environment and the well-being of their employees.

We created COOKNRUN in 2017 as a duo: Alexandre and Alexis. And for two years, it was just the two of us doing everything. Today, we're proud to announce that there are seven of us! We're a small, independent business, committed to our values and committed to our original vision: to be artisans.

Orders finalized before 10 AM, Monday to Friday, will be shipped the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays). If this is not possible, a message will be displayed on the website (but this never happens!).

It depends.
Delivery is free in mainland France for orders over €80. Otherwise, it will cost you (starting from) €4.90 via Colissimo. Yes, carriers don't give us any discounts... More details on our shipping policy page. -

You can choose Colissimo relay delivery AFTER payment. We know it's not very logical, but...that's life. To do this:
- Select the "Point-Relais" option during payment
- Validate your payment
- You will be redirected to a confirmation page: a map will appear, showing nearby relay points
- Choose the one you like best, your favorite
- Don't forget to confirm by clicking the button just below!
- You will then be redirected to your personal account: you will see a map on the right with your selected relay point. Please note, the details in the left-hand column do not correspond. Delivery will indeed be made to the relay point!
