Hello Jeremy! To begin, can you introduce yourself?
I am Jérémy Prévost, 36 years old, from Méribel in the 3 Valleys. I am a freeride skier.
What sport do you play? And for how long?
I've been freeride skiing for over 15 years. In 2011, I finished 3rd overall in the (FWT) Freeride World Tour. For the past ten years or so, I've been focusing more on visuals and creating video projects.

Aside from sports, what motivates you?
Rock and metal music, photography, wine and gastronomy.
Can you share with us some highlights from your sporting career?
My 3rd place overall in the FWT in 2011 and my 2nd place at the Verbier Xtreme the same year. I have raced twice on the Bec des Rosses in Verbier. And this mountain is unique in the freeride competition landscape. There's always a special atmosphere when you arrive facing this mountain and descend it wearing a race bib. The margin for error is very small.
What is your best performance or your most memorable sporting moment?
It's hard to choose, but I'd say that the first ascent of Douce Folie on the Grande Casse in Vanoise with Xavier Cailhol (2024) really stood out for me in recent years. Even though I love skiing fast in wide turns, I enjoy steep slope skiing, and that was simply a magnificent adventure! Skiing a route that's normally done on the ascent was exhilarating and exhilarating… 850 meters suspended in mid-air!
What is the most wonderful encounter that sport has offered you?
It's really hard to answer that question. I met so many wonderful people and spent unforgettable days with them. That's the magic of skiing and the mountains: the encounters and the countless memories.

…And your best day?
A day with 1.3 meters of powder in Italy with friends. A 24-hour return from the East, a big party and it was over… A skier's dream!
Why did you agree to join the COOKNRUN team?
For the good products and the image projected by the brand.
What do you like about COOKNRUN?
Adventure and the taste of good food. It's important to enjoy eating, especially during sporting activities.
Do you have a favorite product in the range? Why that one?
Yes, Peanut Butter and Chocolate energy bars for a touch of indulgence and comfort, and dried mango for the pleasure of fruit. A real treat!
How would you describe your partnership with COOKNRUN in a few words?
Natural and sincere.
What are your next goals or projects?
Skiing again and again ;)
Over time, I've wanted to create video projects that aren't solely focused on performance. I want to meet people, share moments and adventures. I like the idea of creating without necessarily traveling the world all the time. Basically, local adventures that have meaning for me.
Otherwise, I still have many lines to discover. Even if they've already been skied…

What can we wish for you in the future?
Love and happiness? ;)
Any final thoughts?
Health !
